In order to really understand the struggle of a team on a deeper level, we have to go beyond the use of words and endless discussions.
The company culture, identity, history and important changes such as merges, new leaders, new roles have a very deep impact on the team dynamics.

We often see the infinite potential of a team, but we lack time and tools to really tab into it, and the challenge is getting bigger in these new times.

FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM​
​
I offer a 9-week online team program to integrate the newborn team dynamics and energy flows within the company identity.
​
The program is optional for all team members (with a minimum of 10 participants) and consists of:

A clear commitment and goal
(defined during team day) -
A Monday and Friday weekly video and/or message with exercises and inspiration.
-
A 1 hour intermediate ZOOM
session with the team(after week 4)​ -
A 1 hour team lead ZOOM call to end the program
THE VENUE​
​
At your disposal for your team coaching is a beautiful farm, located in the preserved natural Parc 'Kwaakse Weel' in Zeeland (Nederland).
It's a 40 minutes drive from Antwerp & 50 minutes from Gent.
​
The venue is located in the middle of nature, close to the seaside and has very quiet surroundings.
​
Spending time in nature resets our minds and bodies so it is an excellent place to have a time out with your team.
​
The venue is a plus yet optional, since I also give many in company trainings.

ABOUT ME
For many years I was captain of the Belgian national Hockey Team.
​
We qualified for the London Olympics in 2012 and were the first woman's team ever to have achieved this in Belgium.
​
Team work has always been my ‘thing’. I seem to be able to read team dynamics & people well.
​
After my hockey career I spend many years learning and studying about the energy flows and systems within people, teams and organizations.
It's my absolute passion to empower people and help them thrive within their context, team or tribe.
